Technology base: 108 half-cell N-type TOPCon
At its core are 108 half-cut N-type TOPCon cells. This technology replaced P-type PERC by eliminating the first-weeks degradation caused by boron-oxygen defects: no more than 1% loss in year one, roughly 0.4% per year afterward, with a 30-year performance warranty guaranteeing at least 83.1% of nameplate output retained. Module efficiency is rated at 22.0%, which in practice means more watts from the same roof area compared to the lower-power modifications in the series.

For hybrid battery systems — fewer strings, simpler design
Higher power per module means fewer panels per string for the same target output — which makes it easier to match the charge controller or hybrid inverter's MPPT working voltage without extra parallel strings. Design and installation
A black frame and black backsheet produce a uniform dark surface with no contrasting elements. At 22 kg and 1762×1134×30 mm, installation needs no special lifting equipment, and an operating range of -40°C to +85°C allows installation in any season without risk to the module's materials.
