FOX ESS P3-60-Plus is a three-phase industrial hybrid inverter rated at 60 kW. 91 amperes: checking the supply before purchase
A nominal output current of 91.2 amperes per phase is already a serious demand on the site's electrical infrastructure. The cable from inverter to distribution board, the circuit breaker and the allocated connection capacity must be sized for this level with margin for the maximum current of 100.3 amperes.
For sites with older electrical infrastructure, moving to this level of generation often means upgrading the distribution board. We always include this check in the technical calculation to avoid hidden costs at the installation stage.

The dimensions and mass of the P3-60-Plus fully match the smaller 50-kilowatt model — 730 × 1060 × 305 millimetres and 115 kilograms. The manufacturer scales power within one platform, so the mounting point stays identical across the Plus series.
This has practical value for projects planned in phases: if the first stage is sized for fifty kilowatts and the second will need sixty, replacing the unit requires no rework of fixings or cable entries.
240 amperes of charging for seasonal load
A charge and discharge current up to 240 amperes with a high-voltage battery means charging never limits the system, even within a short winter window of solar generation.
