Remote controls, represented by the SpaceControl keyfob, give the owner physical access to arming and disarming the system, activating night mode, and instantly calling for help via a panic button — a solution for those who find it inconvenient to control the system solely through a smartphone.

The StreetSiren and HomeSiren sirens serve a dual function: a loud sound and light signal instantly scares off an intruder and draws attention from those nearby, while parallel notification through the hub informs the owner and monitoring company of the event.

All equipment in the lineup runs on Ajax's own wireless Jeweller protocol, developed in-house — a solution that ensures a unified ecosystem without the risk of incompatibility between components from different suppliers and lets Ajax control encryption algorithms and power consumption at the hardware level.

Ajax systems built on this equipment became the world's first wireless security system certified to the European EN 50131 standard's highest tier, Grade 3 — a certification covering the entire ecosystem, including hubs, repeaters, remote controls, and sirens.

Building a full security system always starts with choosing a hub, which determines the maximum number of connected devices and supported connection types, and is then supplemented with repeaters as needed to extend coverage, remote controls for owner convenience, and sirens for an instant alarm response.

Repeaters are powered from the 220V mains and need no battery since they operate around the clock at a fixed point, while remote-control keyfobs and sirens use standalone battery power for installation anywhere on a site regardless of the nearest outlet.

Remote configuration of all equipment is done through the proprietary Ajax mobile app — the owner or installer can change hub settings, add repeaters, or adjust siren sensitivity without traveling to the site in person for every parameter change.

The Ajax Cloud infrastructure that all lineup equipment connects to provides 99.9% fault tolerance and encrypts data between devices and the server — a parameter critically important for a system where delay or loss of an alarm signal is unacceptable.
