N-type TOPCon: no compromise at any scale

132 half-cut N-type TOPCon cells (tunnel oxide passivated contact) deliver 23.02% efficiency — a figure that was out of reach for even flagship P-type PERC modules just a few years ago. The absence of boron-related impurities means minimal first-year degradation (no more than 1%) and a gentle subsequent decline of no more than 0.4% per year, with roughly 87.4% of generation expected to remain after 30 years.

Bifacial gain for mixed-use sites

The glass-glass build, with a bifaciality factor of 80% ±5%, performs equally well on a sloped residential roof and on the flat roof of a small commercial unit — the rear side collects light reflected off the roofing material or surrounding surface, adding output without changing the array's footprint. At an MPP voltage of 40.78 V and MPP current of 17.53 A, the module is compatible with standard residential and small commercial inverters.

Full rear glass instead of a thin backsheet protects against moisture, UV yellowing and microcracks, and meaningfully improves resistance to potential-induced degradation (PID). IP68 protection and an operating range of -40°C to +85°C let the module perform consistently through winter and a hot summer day alike.
