GoodWe GW150K-GT-G10 - three-phase grid-tied inverter 150 kW.
Description GoodWe GW150K-GT-G10
GoodWe GW150K-GT-G10 is a central three-phase grid-tied inverter rated at 150 kW, the most powerful unit in the GT range. Ten MPPT inputs of two strings each (twenty strings total), smart fan cooling, operation from -30 °C. Efficiency 98.8%, nominal output current 216.5 A per phase. IP66, 5-year warranty.
A new size class: 99 kilograms for 25 extra kilowatts
Unlike the smaller GT models at 100–125 kilowatts, which share an identical 85-kilogram enclosure, the GW150K-GT-G10 gets a heavier chassis — 99 kilograms. This is not simply an enlarged version of the same board: a hundred and fifty kilowatts demands a more developed power section and heatsink.
For a project this means a separate approach to installation: lifting equipment or at least three installers, reinforced fixing to a wall or dedicated frame, and more free space for servicing on every side.
This is the summit of GoodWe's central inverter range in a single-enclosure design — above this level lie industrial solutions with separate power cabinets.

216 amperes: the scale of a connection project
Current at this level is already a matter of a specialised grid connection project, not a standard procedure. Cable, switchgear, a transformer substation or distribution point — all calculated individually for the specific site.
We support the whole cycle: from the station's technical calculation to preparing connection documents and coordinating with the network operator.
Twenty strings for a large-scale project
Ten independent MPPT inputs allow servicing an array spread over a large area with uneven terrain or several separate buildings — a typical situation for industrial complexes and ground-mounted station fields of this scale.
The standard SEMS Portal app shows generation from each string separately; Modbus TCP and RTU are available for integration with commercial metering systems.
Parallel operation for the largest stations
Units in this series connect in parallel with automatic load distribution. For megawatt-scale stations this is standard practice: several 150-kilowatt units deliver both the required combined capacity and redundancy in the event of servicing or a fault in one node.
IP66 protection class and service life
IP66 withstands powerful pressure washdown — important for a unit often placed outdoors on a ground-mounted station site or in a technical room with elevated humidity.
The aluminium enclosure is built for decades of continuous industrial operation without corrosion. For a megawatt-scale project, where replacing one node means stopping part of the station, this reliability margin carries direct financial value.
150 kilowatts is the summit of a single-enclosure solution for the largest projects. Write to us about the scale of your station: we will prepare a full technical calculation and a grid connection plan.
