Solplanet ASW 125K/261-PT is an all-in-one industrial energy storage system for commercial and industrial facilities. A PCS power converter, a 261 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery and a local EMS controller are assembled in one housing. The rated output power is 125 kW at a three-phase voltage of 400 V, which is enough to power an entire workshop, office center or retail facility.

ASW 125K/261-PT is a ready-made cabinet with a fully assembled battery, power electronics and control system.

Cooling: liquid, with separate zones for power modules and batteries, which stabilizes the temperature and allows operation in the range from -25 to +55 °C.

Degree of protection: IP55 and anti-corrosion class C4 with option C5 – the cabinet is designed for harsh industrial conditions and outdoor installation.
Dimensions of 1300×1400×2350 mm and a weight of 2.8 tons make the system compact for its class: no separate battery rooms are required - a prepared area or technical room is enough.
Industry-standard security
Solplanet pays special attention to safety. The ASW 125K/261-PT implements several levels of protection:

electrical protection against overload, short circuit, overvoltage and frequency deviation;

separate monitoring of each PACK module with local alarms and cut-off in case of parameter deviations - this prevents the malfunction from "spreading" throughout the entire battery;

zone-isolated housing and liquid cooling that reduce the risk of overheating and thermal throttling;
-
built-in aerosol fire extinguishing system that automatically responds to critical events inside the cabinet.
Additionally, the system supports overload up to 110% of capacity for a long time, which is important for real industrial schedules where the load often “jumps”.
Intelligent control and service
Inside the cabinet, a local EMS operates, coordinating the PCS, battery modules, and grid interaction. It collects real-time data, optimizes charge/discharge cycles, maintains statistics, and generates alerts.
The system supports CAN, RS485, Ethernet and 4G interfaces, which allows it to be integrated with SCADA, building BMS, commercial meters and Solplanet cloud monitoring. Based on this data, predictive (AI-oriented) maintenance scenarios are implemented: the equipment “warns” in advance of deviations, which reduces the risk of downtime and unwanted stops.
The modular design of the PCS and batteries simplifies service: if necessary, a specific module can be quickly replaced without long downtime of the entire system.
